Welcome to Pochi! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Pochi mobile application ("App") operated by Vocaloco LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").
By downloading, installing, or using Pochi, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
Pochi is an AI-powered wellness companion application that provides:
Pochi is designed for general wellness purposes and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use Pochi. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the App. By using Pochi, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.
To access certain features of Pochi, you may need to create an account. You agree to:
Pochi offers subscription-based premium features ("Pochi Premium"):
Free Trial: New subscribers may be eligible for a free trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be automatically charged for the subscription.
Billing: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account or payment method at confirmation of purchase.
Auto-Renewal: Your subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be provided for partial subscription periods.
Price Changes: We reserve the right to change subscription prices. Price changes will take effect at the start of the next subscription period following the date of the price change.

Pochi uses artificial intelligence to provide conversational support. Please understand that:
All content, features, and functionality of Pochi, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, and software, are the exclusive property of Vocaloco LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of any content you create within Pochi (such as journal entries). By using the App, you grant us a limited license to process this content solely for the purpose of providing and improving our services.
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
POCHI IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VOCALOCO LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF POCHI.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vocaloco LLC from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms in the App or by other means. Your continued use of Pochi after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your access to Pochi at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
